APPAREL // BELONGINGS
- By 2:30 pm, student-athletes should be in locker rooms to change into practice apparel.
- Plan accordingly to the ever-changing spring weather. Layers work best.
- All belongings will be left in the locker room for practice.
- Plan to have proper running shoes if they plan to run sprints or distance (vs field events)
- Spirit wear will be available and given out at practice during the first couple of weeks.
- Track and field uniforms (shorts and racing singlet/tank) will be provided and worn to all meets.
